Vincent Barnhard grew up in Domburg, a historic Dutch coastal town known for its tourism and hospitality. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, his upbringing was shaped by his mother’s PR agency and his father’s global work in petrochemicals, including time spent living in the Middle East.
In the 1990s, Vincent pursued Cultural Anthropology at the University of Amsterdam, focusing on political anthropology, online networks, and spinning, alongside minors in Modern Asian History and Communication Science. He also studied Asian Business Management at HES Rotterdam.
Entering the tech scene in Amsterdam, Vincent became involved with various IT startups at the turn of the millennium, before transitioning into international trade, IT development, and eventually digital fundraising and marketing for major NGOs. He specialized in new media and fundraising strategies.
Since 2012, Vincent has worked independently on business development, including building major media publishing platforms and launching initiatives for investors. In 2018, he co-founded Telesto to channel his diverse passions into impactful client work.
As the Founder and CEO of Telesto, Vincent supports clients in business development, media publishing, and strategic growth initiatives. He leverages his extensive experience in entrepreneurship, IT, and marketing to lead projects with vision and precision, ensuring practical, impactful solutions.
Serhat Delice, born in France to an entrepreneurial Turkish family, relocated to the Netherlands during his childhood. He pursued studies in Communication and Multimedia Design at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
As the Founder and Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of Telesto, Serhat specializes in branding, product design, and the overarching creative direction of the company.
His expertise encompasses the development of comprehensive brand style guides, ensuring consistent and impactful brand identities across all platforms.
Prior to Telesto, Serhat founded Suarte, a full-service internet and branding agency, where he honed his skills in delivering integrated digital solutions. Additionally, he has significant experience in the travel industry, further diversifying his professional portfolio.
At Telesto, Serhat collaborates with clients on projects involving brand development, creative strategy, and product design. His role is pivotal in crafting compelling brand narratives and designing user-centric products that align with clients’ visions and market demands.
Jasper van der Sterren (CTO Telesto) is an all-round expert in Microsoft and internet technologies, with extensive experience in advising, designing, and developing modern web applications and client-server systems on the .NET platform.
His expertise spans e-commerce, content management, ERP systems, and customer self-service solutions. He holds several Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, and Microsoft Certified Professional.
Jasper is the Founder and Managing Director of Redakt CMS, an enterprise-grade Web Content Management System built on Microsoft ASP.NET Core.
As CTO at Telesto, Jasper leverages his technical knowledge to lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. His focus includes digital transformation, content management, custom application development, and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. Jasper also specializes in technical project management, performance optimization, cloud development with Azure, and security.
Jasper works with Telesto’s clients on projects involving enterprise content management, e-commerce, technical architecture advisory, and scalable business solutions. He ensures clients receive robust, future-proof technologies tailored to their unique needs, resulting in enhanced productivity and long-term success.
Gillis Oudeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs, administrative and legal advisory, and program management. He has held various roles in both the public and private sectors, focusing on strategic advice and interim management.

After studying Small Business & Retail Management, Dolf began his career as a property manager at Van Herk Groep, managing a diverse retail portfolio in Rotterdam. He later joined Urban Interest, where he spent 10 years overseeing the retail portfolio and led the retail team as part of the management team. With over two decades of experience, Dolf is now an independent entrepreneur in retail real estate.
Dolf’s agency, DM Vastgoed Advies, specializes in leasing and purchasing retail properties, providing owners with creative and achievable plans to optimize retail spaces throughout the Netherlands.
